Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
  • Work with each department to achieve specific goals and objectives.
  • Create a positive culture for the team and create a 'team' atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
