This role is pivotal in delivering a comprehensive array of services including primary care, urgent care, mental health support, and recovery services. Key Responsibilities
- Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with 34 hours dedicated to patient interactions.
- Deliver a wide spectrum of primary outpatient care throughout various life stages.
- Foster long-term relationships to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including family medicine physicians, mental health professionals, and other specialists.
- Implement integrated preventive care and educational initiatives.
- Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to explore this opportunity.
