About the Role

The District Manager is a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the operations of up to six stores. This role requires a strong leader who can drive results, develop talent, and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Ensure the effective management of store operations, including inventory management, cash control, and customer satisfaction.
  • Talent Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store personnel.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to store managers.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Communication: Foster open and transparent communication with store managers, regional leadership, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talent. Proficient in inventory management, cash control, and customer satisfaction.
