Job Title: District Manager Intern

Job Summary:

Aldi is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented District Manager Intern to join our team. As a District Manager Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in store operations, customer satisfaction, and team management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of store operations policies and procedures.
  • Conduct customer walks and participate in store tours to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Shadow a store manager and/or manager trainee to learn the fundamental aspects of store operations.
  • Assist with inventory, store resets, and grand openings.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively within a group.
  • Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ability to display initiative and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • In current pursuit of Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
    • Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal and external parties.
    • Ability to develop rapport, trust and open communication that enhances the growth and job performance of store personnel.
    • Works cooperatively and collaboratively within a group.
    • Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Ability to display initiative and a strong work ethic.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
