Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the administration of all deposit-related functions, including ATM/debit cards, online banking, and wire transfers.
  • Provide support to customers and team members with electronic banking issues, including account access, password resets, and transaction disputes.
  • Monitor and review deposit-related reports, identifying and reporting any exceptions or irregularities.
  • Collaborate with the compliance department to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and bank policies.
  • Participate in training sessions and policy updates to stay current on banking regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • 1-2 years of banking experience, with a focus on deposit operations or electronic banking.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, and email.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Experience in electronic banking or IT with an emphasis on banking systems.
  • Extensive experience in all areas of deposit banking.
