This is a full-time hourly role with a pay range of $15.00-$18.00 based on experience, plus tips and additional benefits. The position is based at our Inn & Spa at Loretto, specifically in the Crafted Bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in crafting a variety of coffee and specialty drinks, showcasing artistic flair.
  • Exhibit coffee preparation skills during the interview process.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with both colleagues and patrons.
  • Welcome and greet guests in the bar area.
  • Assist bartenders by delivering drinks to tables as required.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality beverage service.
  • Provide exceptional service to create memorable experiences for guests.
  • Respond to inquiries and offer suggestions to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Verify guest identification to comply with age restrictions for alcohol service.

Qualifications:

  • Current Alcohol Server Certification is mandatory.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to eight hours or more.
  • Capability to lift, push, reach for, and carry over 20 pounds regularly.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in high-volume or fine dining settings is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent training is required.
