Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to provide wound care services to our patients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide wound care services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Develop and implement educational programs for patients and families on wound care and related topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care research and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care.
- Current RN licensure in the State of New York.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wound care or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of wound care principles and practices.
