About the Job

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $87 - $102, depending on experience and qualifications. The schedule consists of standard 5, 8-hour shifts from 07:00 to 15:30, with no call requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose, and treat various medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions.
  • Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions, ensuring optimal patient care.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices, promoting overall well-being.
  • Perform procedures permitted by state regulations and PA specialty.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Accurately document patient care, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field.
  • Active and unencumbered PA license in Massachusetts.
  • National certification as a PA in a relevant specialty area.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting relevant to the specialty.
