We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a House Supervisor. As a key member of our hospital operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and direction to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and direct the flow of patients through the hospital, ensuring timely and efficient care.
- Serve as a communication link between departments, including ED, patient registration, and nursing units.
- Participate in hospital-wide initiatives and projects, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Two years of clinical RN experience, with a minimum of one year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Current RN license to practice in Colorado or Kansas, as applicable.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association.
- PALS or ENPC certification required upon hire or within three months of hire/transfer.
