Job SummaryThe primary responsibility of this position is to provide high-quality food and beverages to guests in a friendly and accommodating manner, adhering to Parkhurst Culinary Gold standards, Hospitality Imperatives, and service protocols while ensuring strict compliance with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare Barista coffee and the daily specialty coffee.
- Create specialty beverages to order, following established Parkhurst recipes.
- Comply with all cash handling procedures.
- Enhance the merchandising area using approved Barista signage and materials.
- Maintain open communication with management regarding product and supply needs.
- Follow the uniform dress code and uphold proper personal hygiene standards.
- Support fellow team members whenever possible.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
The physical demands outlined here represent those that must be met by a team member to successfully execute the essential functions of this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
- Standing and/or walking for approximately 50% of the time.
- Occasionally lifting items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Frequently lifting items weighing up to 10 lbs.
The compensation for this position is $15.50 per hour, with a potential increase after a designated period.
