Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, with a focus on restoring their physical abilities and promoting independence.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, in collaboration with the supervising Occupational Therapist and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and functional abilities, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement evidence-based interventions to address patients' needs, including exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
