Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Technologist PRN to join our team at HCA Florida JFK Hospital. As an Ultrasound Tech, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures using Doppler, abdominal, and pregnancy ultrasound techniques.
  • Regulate equipment to produce high-quality images and send them to PACS.
  • Assist physicians with ultrasound-guided biopsies and invasive procedures.
  • Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Transport patients as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of diagnostic ultrasound.
  • ARDMS registered.
  • RVT or eligible and acquired within six months of hire.
  • 1 year of experience in performing diagnostic ultrasound, including abdomen, vascular, GYN, and small parts.
