We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Wine Ambassador to join our team at Trinitas Cellars. As a Wine Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge of our wines, and creating unforgettable tasting experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming guests and assisting customers in selecting wines that perfectly suit their preferences.
  • Share your knowledge of our wines, including their history, production methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the tasting room, making every guest feel valued and appreciated.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote our wine club and subscription services.
  • Operate the cash register with finesse, processing transactions, handling returns, and applying discounts with ease.
  • Participate in off-site tastings and events, representing our brand and providing exceptional customer service in a variety of settings.
  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute successful events, including wine tastings, pairings, and educational seminars.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, wine releases, and new products, sharing your knowledge with guests and colleagues alike.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a wine-related role, preferably in a tasting room or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Knowledge of wine and wine production, including varietals, regions, and pairing suggestions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks with ease.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
