At Peju Winery, we're seeking a Wine Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our tasting room staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, sharing your knowledge of our wines, and creating memorable moments for our visitors.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Sharing knowledge of our wines and winery history
• Escorting guests to tasting counters
• Offering products and purchasing opportunities
• Utilizing POS registers and reservations systems

Requirements:

• Previous guest service experience in luxury retail, restaurant, or hotel guest service
• Engaging presence and presentation skills
• Positive and humble attitude
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
