    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the development of strategic relationships with customers and partners.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to internal stakeholders on STAUFF products and their applications.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
    • Articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or business.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the hydraulic industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and STAUFF products.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
