About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate EMT, Paramedic, or LPN to join our team as a Full-Time Onsite Health Technician in an occupational health clinic setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with medical and operational leadership, and working closely with outside medical providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in daily operations at our on-site clinic, providing superior customer service to our clients and employees.
  • Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to our Evidence-Based Medicine protocols.
  • Build and maintain internal team relationships, supporting onsite employee health and wellness efforts.
  • Pre-employment and post-offer screenings, documentation of care using state-of-the-art EMR and other tools.
  • Case Management and medical charting.
Requirements
  • Valid licensure for the position in which you are applying.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Strong computer and other technology skills, including familiarity with EMR software.
  • Ability to lift a 50lb emergency response bag.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive and outgoing personality.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional patient care.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant occupational health experience.
  • Experience in emergency medicine or critical care.
