Overview
- Full-time position with a commitment of 36 hours per week on a rotating Day/Night schedule.
- Join a dedicated team in a 37-bed inpatient medical unit focused on providing care for adults experiencing acute and/or chronic health conditions.
- Enhance your nursing expertise while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in patient care.
- Execute nursing duties under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments, interventions, and education for patients and their families.
- Support patients with daily living activities, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
- Conduct targeted nursing evaluations, including monitoring vital signs and assessing pain levels.
- Administer prescribed medications and manage wound care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Uphold a safe and secure care environment.
- Engage in mandatory training and professional development activities.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as needed.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in the State of NH is mandatory.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers is required.
