Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care through the application of department-specific processes and procedures.
- Work closely with the interprofessional healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of care across the continuum.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile technique.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Surgical Technologist certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience as a surgical technician.
