About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cage Supervisor to join our team at Seminole Gaming. As a key member of our cash operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cage, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of cashiers, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to handle all aspects of cash handling and customer service.
  • Monitor and control cash inventory, including chip bank, main bank, check bank, front window, and booth inventories.
  • Deal with customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and that the cage is operating in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in a cash handling or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and write short memos.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
