Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Associate to join our team at Gatlinburg Space Needle/Arcadia. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with selecting prizes at our redemption center, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Report any game issues or concerns to management, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
  • Clean and maintain games and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Stock prizes and assist guests with their needs as they play at our facility.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in dealing with the general public in retail, food service, customer service, or guest services.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to professionally diffuse tense situations.
  • Outwardly friendly, caring, and enthusiastic demeanor, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Dependable transportation to work, with a professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
  • Ability to promote and support a team-oriented work environment, cooperating and helping co-workers as needed.
