Job SummaryThis is a nighttime position that requires the ability to work independently and collaborate with parents to ensure the twins receive the best possible care. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities- Provide overnight care and support for twins, including feeding, soothing, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
- Collaborate with parents to develop a care plan that meets the twins' needs.
- Administer CPR and first aid as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of the twins' care and any issues that may arise.
- Relevant experience in infant care and sleep training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
