Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Samsung Electronics GmbH. As a key member of our North America AI Center, you will play a critical role in defining and building strategic roadmaps and partnerships in cutting-edge AI technologies and innovations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Leaders and Teams: Work closely with our SVP of North America AI Center and other leaders to define and lead the development of research and product roadmaps and plans.
- Drive Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with our business goals, including defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, analytics, competitive analysis, and success metrics.
- Develop Executive-Level Presentations: Create compelling presentations and meeting agendas to highlight key strategic topics and analyze relevant current events across technology and media.
- Collaborate with Peer Teams: Work with other teams to create and execute strategic initiatives, including strategy creation and operational execution.
- Develop Product Roadmaps: Involve engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to create a shared vision and clear goals for the product, including well-defined product roadmaps.
- Identify and Engage with Industry Partners: Identify, select, and engage with industry partner companies and organizations to advance our AI-focused research and product development efforts.
- Manage Team Projects: Oversee team projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop Comprehensive Project Plans: Create detailed project plans that highlight project goals, timelines, dependencies, roles and responsibilities, including global-level KPIs and deliverables.
- Cultivate Trusting Relationships: Foster trusting relationships at all levels within the company by promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Organize Project Meetings: Organize weekly project progress review meetings and documents, as well as regular review meetings with stakeholders and quarterly business review meetings with senior executives.
- Education: Engineering degree in EE, CS, or similar, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of industry experience in building AI products, with proven experience in end-to-end product lifecycle (concept through deployment and maintenance).
- Skills: Proven experience working with diverse teams, including research, engineering, and product teams; strategic partnerships and strategy development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders; excellence in working with cross-functional teams and being an effective written and verbal communicator.
- Additional Requirements: Experience in project planning, managing, and leading sophisticated technology projects in a fast-paced technology environment; ability to understand business strategy and formulate product strategy to align with it; excellent presentation and writing skills and ability to communicate with cross-functional teams; ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and deliver quality products/features on time; experience with competitor analysis, user research analysis, and product analytics.
