About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Senior Retail Stocking Associate to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools. As a valued member of our high-performing team, you'll be empowered to take ownership of your work and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences by ensuring a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
  • Handle various sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Encourage customers to participate in company programs and promotions.
  • Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our team.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
  • Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with our Injury and Illness Prevention Program.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $17.50, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

  • Eligible Associates can enroll in our company's 401(k) plan and accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year.
