Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
- Encourage customers to participate in our loyalty programs and promotions, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking, sales, and customer service, to ensure flexibility and adaptability.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, adhering to attendance policies.
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for extended periods.
- Ability to safely climb up/down a ladder and perform other physical tasks as required.
- Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with our Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
