Youth Soccer Recreation Coach: Transform Lives with Super Soccer Stars

Super Soccer Stars is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Soccer Recreation Coach to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging coaching sessions to children, promoting their development and inspiring a love of soccer in a fun and supportive environment.

As a Youth Soccer Recreation Coach, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality programs that cater to the needs of our young players. • Deliver energetic and enjoyable coaching sessions in line with our progressive curriculum, focusing on player development and teamwork.
• Report directly to our Territory Manager on all aspects of your role, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Effectively engage and challenge all players, helping them achieve their development goals and milestones.
• Communicate issues clearly with our leadership team, demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence.
• Be punctual to all training sessions and games, allowing sufficient time for commuting to locations.
• Provide hands-on individual and group attention to players in training sessions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted strategies.
• Recommend players for advanced Soccer Stars United programming with the club, contributing to their ongoing development and growth.

• Own reliable transportation and be willing to travel up to 45 minutes one-way to reach class locations.
• Commit to a 10-week season (September-Mid November), demonstrating flexibility and dedication.
• Punctuality, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback are essential qualities for this role.
• Experience working in a youth soccer club environment or a strong desire to do so is preferred.
• Prior experience working with children is also beneficial.
• Motivation, energy, patience, and attentiveness are critical skills for this position.
• Ability to work with different age groups and adapt to varying situations on the field is essential.
• Hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing individuals with a minimum of a grassroots coaching license are encouraged to apply.
