About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to wholesale and retail customers, helping them find the right products and solutions for their needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Operational Tasks: Process sales transactions accurately, maintain work order files, pull products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products as needed, stock shelves, and clean store equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a valid driver's license is preferred.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position, preferably in the paint industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development within our company.
