Job Title: Senior Land Surveyor

Willdan is seeking a highly experienced Senior Land Surveyor to lead our surveying team in the City of Industry office.

Job Summary

The Senior Land Surveyor will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the work of survey staff, engaged in surveying the earth's surface and preparing reports and legal descriptions of land.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as City Surveyor for cities in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura Counties.
  • Coordinate field crews and work with various divisions within Willdan to provide necessary services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to surveying staff and ensure the quality and accuracy of survey data and deliverables.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience.
  • Registration as a Licensed Land Surveyor in California.
  • 10 years of experience encompassing all aspects of land surveying (field, office, management).
