To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Good oral and written communication skills, as well as basic math skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, basic OSHA safety regulations, and at least 6 months' experience in a food manufacturing facility
- The ability to lift at least 55 pounds and work at high elevations, in confined areas, in extreme heat and cold, and in outside conditions regularly
- The ability to navigate numerous flights of stairs/ladders on a continual basis
- The ability to learn how to operate a variety of sanitation equipment, such as floor scrubbers, man lifts, high-pressure washers, fork trucks, etc.
