This manufacturing production cleaning position earns a competitive wage of $16.75/hour. ABOUT LUCIA'S PIZZA

Our story began when "Mama Lucia" Tumminello immigrated to St. Louis from Italy and settled in the famous Italian neighborhood, "The Hill". With her, she brought a special pizza recipe that was so good that word spread, and requests from friends and neighbors grew. In Mama Lucia's kitchen, the original St. Louis-style pizza was born, and in 1981, Lucia and two of her sons set out to talk to the owners of all the grocery stores in the area so that they could meet their goal of bringing their unique pizza to the masses. And they succeeded Lucia's pizzas have become some of the most sought-after in the St. Louis area and are quickly expanding across the country.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SANITATION CREW MEMBER

In this overnight manufacturing production position, you are vital to the cleanliness and food safety of our production line. You carefully break down our equipment, making sure to keep track of each of the pieces. Then, you clean each part with a hot-water pressure washer. Following the instructions for each item, you reassemble the equipment. Then, you clean and squeegee both the production area and the cooler. After everything is clean and dry, you set everything up for the production line. You love working a night job that gives you 4 days off each week and take pride in the part you play in our success

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SANITATION CREW MEMBER
  • Ability to be on your feet for a complete 12 1/2-hour shift
  • Ability to work in a hot environment
