Job Summary:

Clinica Family Health is seeking an exceptional Clinic Administrator to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of our clinic, ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality patient care. Your expertise in administrative and management skills will drive efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of clinic resources, including personnel, facilities, and equipment.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and objectives, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to promote effective communication and cooperation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, projects, and budgets.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
