Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Assistant in our Ob/Gyn department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing top-notch patient care and services.

About the Position

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to our medical staff, ensuring seamless patient flow and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, patient registration, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with medical examinations, obtaining vital signs, and preparing patients for procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information in electronic systems.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A completion of a Medical Assistant education program or equivalent certification.
  • At least 2-5 years of previous Medical Assistant experience, preferably in a clinic setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Compensation and Benefits

The starting hourly pay range for this position is commensurate with experience, between $18.36 - $23.50/hour. BMC offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including medical/dental/vision insurance, flexible spending, company-paid life insurance, STD, voluntary benefits, RTD EcoPass, 401(k), Paid Time Off, and six holidays annually. Part-time employees are eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, voluntary benefits, RTD EcoPass, and 401(k).
