Nurse Rotational Program: UPMC Harrisburg Cardiac Opportunity

UPMC Harrisburg is seeking a Graduate Nurse to join our team as a Professional Staff Nurse in the Cardiac Thoracic Interventional track. As a member of our care delivery team, you will provide highly competent patient care and treatment while demonstrating empathy and a passion for learning.

- Establish relationships with physicians, other care providers, patients, and patients' families to achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Set the standards for the level and quality of nursing care and possess authority and accountability for its provision.
- Exemplify a commitment to the community and to the nursing profession.
- Generous Sign-On Bonus of up to $10,000 for Graduate Nurses.
- UPMC's brand new Monthly Loan Repayment program, exclusively for 2024 nursing graduates, offering $20,000 in loan repayment paid over three years.

- Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse required prior to program start date OR must have a Temporary Practice Permit and commit to taking the NCLEX examination with 6 months of hire.
- CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
- Clearances must be dated within 90 days.
- Act 33 with renewal.
- Act 34 with renewal.
- Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal.
- Basic Life Support.
