Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking in members, processing payments, and handling customer inquiries.
- Work closely with the Front Desk Supervisor and other team members to achieve sales and membership goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our members and guests.
- Stay up-to-date on club policies, procedures, and promotions, and communicate this information to members and guests as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; six months of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and email.
- Current CPR/AED certification required (if not already certified, must obtain within 60 days of employment).
