Job Title: Pipe Fitter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. As a Pipe Fitter, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing pipe systems in various industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and work with PVC piping, copper pipe, and groove pipe
  • Fabricate and install industrial carbon steel and stainless pipe
  • Grind and bevel pipe for smooth connections
  • Lay out, cut, assemble, and install pipe systems
  • Test pipe systems to ensure safety and functionality
  • Repair malfunctions and leaks in pipe systems
  • Install, modify, and repair fluid systems
  • Rebuild various types of pumps
  • Occasionally operate forklifts for material handling

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Pipe Fitter or related trade
  • Tools for the trade, including pipe cutters, wrenches, and gauges
  • Licenses and certifications are a plus
