Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical home care to children with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the child's needs and goals
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the child's physical, emotional, and developmental well-being
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Current RN or LVN licensure in the state of Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
