Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified Medical Doctor, Naturopathic Doctor, Doctor of Osteopathy, Family Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team, primarily stationed at the Blackburn Center.

This role involves delivering primary, urgent, and acute medical care to low-income adults presenting a diverse array of physical, behavioral, and social health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Medication Supported Recovery services through our M3 program, a low-barrier buprenorphine/naloxone initiative.
  • Support patients undergoing Hepatitis C treatment via our pharmacy-based program.
  • Demonstrate expertise in mental health and addiction medicine, with a preference for candidates who can meet the training requirements for buprenorphine prescribing.
  • Engage with homeless and underserved populations, valuing harm reduction strategies and flexible approaches to care.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice medicine in Oregon.
  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Completion of a CNME-accredited four-year Naturopathic Medical program and a primary care residency.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in primary care preferred.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
