Job Title: Investment Control Liaison III

SS&C Technologies is seeking an experienced Investment Control Liaison III to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for identifying exceptions, balancing systems, and reports, reconciling cash and shares, and identifying risk items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform cash reconciliation and funding validation
  • Release outgoing wires and distribute dividends
  • Service multiple clients, identify problems, and achieve resolution independently
  • Daily trade settlements with Trade Providers Custodian
  • Identify, research, and resolve complex reconciliation exceptions
  • Provide oversight and support for fellow team members
  • Point person for Processing Teams to request information and research
Requirements:
  • High School degree and at least 1 year of related experience (Mutual Funds, Financial Services)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related industry experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong multi-tasking skills
  • Computer experience (Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
