Service Quality Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in direct service to individuals with disabilities, as well as supervisory experience. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and have reliable transportation. A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities to ensure that housing, community access, medical, and social wants and needs of the client are reflected in the design of their services
- Monitor service activities to assure that they adequately reflect identified goals within the individual plans
- Develop and update high risk, seizure management, and dining plans as well as monthly/quarterly summaries
Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, based on location and experience. In addition, employees enjoy a flexible schedule, including some weekends as needed. The company also offers opportunities for professional growth and development.
Working Conditions
The successful candidate will be required to frequently stand, walk, and sit, with occasional lifting of objects up to 50 pounds. They must also be able to travel to Spencer/Dubois, and have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients.
