We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to join our team as an EHS Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on EHS metrics and performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in EHS or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
