Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Perform a range of duties, including ticketing, baggage handling, and gate operations, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Interact with passengers, crew members, and airport staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate jet bridges and other airport equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Resolve issues related to flight activity, including delays and cancellations, to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience.
  • Perform cash handling transactions, manage manifests, and label baggage accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • English proficiency is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication, are necessary for accurate cash handling and other tasks.
  • Computer literacy is required for efficient task completion.
  • Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp, and lift items up to 70 pounds is necessary for safe and efficient performance of duties.
  • Strong reading and comprehension skills are required for understanding reference materials, instructions, policies, and procedures.

Working Conditions:

  • Continuous people interaction and exposure to aircraft sounds are inherent aspects of this role.
