Job Summary

Metasys Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Print Production Specialist to join our team. As a Print Production Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of our Print & Mail Center environment, performing minor maintenance tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including trash removal, cleaning, and restocking pantries, restrooms, and break rooms.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as light carpentry, patching, painting, and lamp replacement.
  • Set up meeting and conference rooms, and distribute office supplies as needed.
  • Assist with customer occupant moves within facilities, and maintain inventory records for supplies.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license may be required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Must be versatile, dexterous, and capable of using hand tools.
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials, standing, walking, and sitting as required.
