Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Satellite Payload Engineer to join our team at Titania Solutions Group. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for satellite payloads on SIGINT platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise and work with multiple payloads to support collection in satisfaction of requirements, translating those requirements into technical solutions, and providing information on how current solutions can satisfy mission needs.
  • Support end-to-end (E2E) closure of mission thread for new satellite systems with new payloads
  • Support mission transition to operations (TTO)
  • Assess the mission impact of non-compliances to specifications
  • Understand the mission data flow from the satellite sensor through processing
  • Understand how subsystems contribute to the mission and how they are integrated
  • Responsible for data quality and performance assessment
  • Collaborate as necessary with other divisions, the enterprise, users and stakeholders, and development contractors
  • Provide SME support to satellite engineers and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
  • Support the training of mission operators and analysts
  • Identify early pre-launch test opportunities to reduce risk and on-orbit test duration
  • Working with other SIGINT staff members and users, support the definition of the next generation mission capabilities

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
