We are seeking a highly skilled Principal BizOps Engineer to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our Business Operations team, you will play a critical role in leading the DevOps transformation and driving the adoption of automation across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in and improve the entire lifecycle of services, from inception and design to deployment, operation, and refinement.
- Develop and maintain an industry-leading Artificial Intelligence Platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the platform with various internal systems, tools, and data sources.
- Design and implement data governance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards for data management and privacy.
- Develop and maintain a holistic approach to problem-solving, connecting the dots across the technology stack to optimize mean time to recover.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and prior experience in supporting and integrating commercial products and Analytics solutions.
- Experience with tools, methodologies, and languages used to develop AI models and serve them across various business units.
- Ability to quickly adapt to the latest trends, tools, and skills in the AI/Data Science/Machine Learning space.
- Strong understanding of complex variables, including Information and Data Governance, Data Management, Information Security, Privacy & Compliance.
