  • Ground services and custodial duties
  • Construction and renovation projects

Qualifications:

+ A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing projects of comparable size and complexity, with at least 8 years focused on mechanical or electrical engineering.

+ Professional certification or registration is required. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000) is preferred.

+ Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.

+ Experience in developing and maintaining high-performing integrated teams.

+ Competence in overseeing O&M and construction/renovation initiatives.

+ Ability to plan and execute large-scale capital improvement projects.

+ Experience in project schedule integration.

+ Familiarity with Power Plant design and high voltage system operations.

+ Proficient in project management principles, including scope, cost, risk, and deliverables management.

+ Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operational concepts and electrical generation protocols.

+ Understanding of U.S. Government crisis management frameworks and experience in planning and coordinating support for special events.

+ Experience in a 24/7 operational environment.

+ U.S. Citizenship is required.

+ Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility is mandatory.
