About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to join Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ as a skilled Cook. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food preparation and cooking, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare meals by chopping vegetables, slicing meats, making salads, and cooking / assembling appetizers & entrees.
  • Ensure a proper supply of clean dishware, pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available.
  • Clean work areas and all equipment used in food preparation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices.
  • Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
