About the Job

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Project Mechanic Tradesman to join our team at Johnson Controls International plc. This is a Bargaining Unit Position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform HVAC troubleshooting and repair services in residential, light commercial, and heavy commercial markets.
  • Work with advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment.
  • Participate in factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards.
  • Conduct pull-through work with increased incentive opportunities.
  • Utilize top-of-the-line technology, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Focus on employee safety.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of residential / light commercial / commercial HVAC / mechanical troubleshooting experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants desired.
  • Boiler and steam operational & service knowledge helpful.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
