Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Nurse (RN or LPN) to take on the role of Grant Manager/Assessment Nurse. In this innovative position, you will leverage your clinical expertise to conduct thorough resident assessments, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. This role is hands-on, requiring active engagement with residents.
Position Type: Part-Time (Day), eligible for benefits, including a $2,000 bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor towards residents, families, and colleagues.
- Lead the MOVE FORWARD Teams, providing necessary direction and resources.
- Utilize program tools effectively to enhance resident care and quality of life.
- Analyze and complete program reports.
- Implement on-site program initiatives within the community.
- Deliver educational sessions to staff, residents, and family members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid MN RN license in good standing.
- Ability to travel locally as required, up to 10% of the time.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively collaborate with staff, residents, and families.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in interpreting and utilizing data to enhance resident care.
Location: Cassia operates in the West Metro area, providing exceptional care to our residents.
