ImageCare is in search of a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to support our operations. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth transition for new members within our organization.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for executing specialized administrative functions, which include engaging with new members through our membership portal to secure necessary documentation, organizing and maintaining all relevant paperwork, including due diligence and confidentiality agreements, and informing all pertinent parties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Uphold HIPAA regulations and participate in ongoing HIPAA training.
- Assist in the onboarding process for various specialty groups as directed by the Human Resources Director and executive leadership to meet the needs of the Management Services Organization (MSO).
- Facilitate the collection of necessary onboarding documents and due diligence materials.
- Manage the membership portal's demographic information and generate related data reports.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with onboarded groups, healthcare providers, and third-party vendors.
- Provide regular updates on onboarding progress to supervisors, healthcare providers, and external partners.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential duty effectively. The following qualifications are essential:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least three years of office experience is preferred, with a minimum of one year in a human resources capacity highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial.
Salary: $23.00 per hour
