About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer at Penske Truck Leasing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and serve our customers with a smile, providing a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Perform vehicle readiness inspections to ensure our customers' vehicles are safe and ready for the road.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and associates.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
