**Job Overview**

At CSL Plasma, we are seeking a skilled Medical Screener to join our team. As a Medical Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our donors.

**Responsibilities**

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist qualified donors in completing the screening process. This includes assessing self-administered health history, answering basic medical questions associated with the donation process, referring donors to medical staff when necessary, and performing health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for educating new donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma, including explaining the screening process, health screening tests performed, appointment system, donation fees, center policies, proper nutrition, and other relevant information.

You will also be involved in registering applicants and transfer donors based on completion of appropriate training and operational needs of the center. Additionally, you may be required to answer phone calls and respond to donor inquiries.

The estimated salary for this position is $17.00/hour - $18.50/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
